Phi Phi Maiyada Resort - Phi Phi Don

A lovely stay! The bungalow was cozy and had a refreshing swimming pool nearby, but the wifi could use an upgrade.

The staff were very nice. The rooms are sweetly furnished and you have everything at your disposal that is important for a few nights. Quiet location.

Unfortunately we had to change the room, because our first one didn't match the description. It didn't have a TV or a decent shower. In addition, some beetles had settled in the processes. However, they were offered a new room immediately upon request.

The location is really good, especially as the noise doesn't penetrate as much as in other parts of the island.

The bathroom, no storage space for cosmetics and not very clean.

The pool was the standout feature of my stay. It was clean and was nice. The overall experience was disappointing. My room had a leaking toilet, and the maintenance staff didn't address it despite multiple reports. Cleanliness was an issue. The room felt dated, with the air conditioning not working properly. Although I appreciated the daily housekeeping, it didn't seem to improve the overall quality. Breakfast was included, but I found out too late that I had to sign up the night before. The wifi was frustrating as well. I had to log in every time I returned to the room. It would have been much better if they had made facilities like swimming towels available at the reception clear from the beginning. While the staff were friendly, the numerous inconveniences left a sour note on what could have been a good experience.

Washbasin much too high, for smaller and children not usable or only with a chair. Too noisy. You can hear everything.

All in all they offer good service.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom cleanliness was a letdown.

You could walk in 5 minutes to the center of the island.

The pictures look better than they do on the spot. There was almost no choice at breakfast.

Room was clean. Small balcony- the shower was very big. 5 minutes walk to the pier and the city. . 500m beach. Pool was mega :)

The bed was very hard.

The pool was a fine highlight of my stay! Spotlessly clean and perfect. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a good variety, including Thai dishes and tasty pastries, served between 7 AM and 10:30 AM. the staff were very good, arranged luggage transfer to and from the pier without any extra charges.

Limited evening noise.

What a gorgeous and fantastic hotel with consistently courteous staff that helps with every request! Variety of food at breakfast, such as coffee and tea. Excellent and unbeatable location, in harbour. The venue of choice in Phi Phi Don.

A bold move that proved rewarding!

I stayed for 3 nights in an Economy Double Room and enjoyed fantastic air conditioning and lovely showers. The view from my room was fine, and the location was quite handy, just a 10-minute walk from the main area. The pool was good! Worth every moment spent here.

A comfortable family room featured a super king bed and a double bed with a pleasant pool view. The pool was a delight for the kids, with a nice atmosphere improved with occasional monkey visitors. The garden area was problematic, with limited seating available and signs of disrepair affecting the overall experience.

My children wished the pool area had more shallow sections for safety.
